We announce Student Branch job vacancies each spring via school announcements and UVACCU social media. You may also find these job openings on our careers page. We hire students in the spring to work the following school year. The minimum age for student tellers is 16. However, students age 15 may apply in the spring; to be eligible for hire they will need to turn 16 by September 1 of the coming school year. We provide the necessary training to be successful and eligible student branch representatives may have the opportunity to work at one of the credit union's full-service branches once they turn 18, during summers and/or other school breaks.
* If using a student ID without a printed address on it, bring in a current utility bill with your home address for verification.
** The one-time membership fee is waived for students and school employees opening accounts at this branch.
