Beginning October 19, 2024, members can access the dedicated website below (www.mtgserv.com/uvacreditunion.com) and/or call toll-free number 866-201-4020 for assistance.

Mortgage servicing transfers occur when the servicing of a loan is sold or transferred from one institution to another. The terms of your loan do not change; however, TruHome Solutions will now collect your payments, manage escrow accounts, and provide member service.

Yes. Your loan number will be changing to a Truhome Solutions loan number. You will see this on the first page of the welcome letter received from TruHome Solutions in the mail.

No. The service transfer does not affect the terms, such as interest rate and the length of your loan. It only affects who will process your mortgage payment.

We will no longer be able to accept in-branch payments. Mortgage payments will have to be paid directly to TruHome Solutions via auto-transfer, ACH, online, by phone or mailed in.

As a reminder, members will no longer be able to make in-branch payments to UVACCU and have to be paid directly to TruHome Solutions.

Your first mortgage payment payable to TruHome Solutions is due on November 1, 2024. You have the option to schedule an ACH payment, make a payment through their website at www.mtgserv.com/uvacreditunion, or set up a bill payment via your online banking provider. You can also mail a payment to PO Box 219958, Kansas City, MO 64121-9958 or make a payment by phone at 866-201-4020.

Starting October 19,2024, you can register your new account and arrange ACH payments by visiting www.mtgserv.com/uvacreditunion.

As a reminder, members will no longer be able to make in-branch payments to UVACCU and have to be paid directly to TruHome Solutions.

Members using online services or third-party platforms should update their payment information. The welcome letter received from TurHome Solutions will provide details instructions for members.

If you have an automatic transfer set up from one of your Credit Union accounts to your loan account, that will stop working on October 17, 2024. While you will not be able to transfer funds directly from your checking or savings account to your loan account, you can set up an ACH payment as outlined in the welcome letter received from TruHome Solutions.

To set up ACH with TruHome Solutions, members will need to complete a new authorization form included in the welcome letter received from TruHome Solutions.

If you have Bill Pay set up with another institution, you will need to update the payee to Truhome Solutions, LLC, PO Box 219958, Kansas City, MO 64121-9958. Please include your Truhome Solutions account number which will be on the welcome letter you received.

If you currently have an escrow account for your tax and/or insurance payments, they will be transferred to TruHome Solutions and continue to be collected and paid.

We run our escrow analyses annually based on the anniversary date of your loan, however this date will change to December for all loans.

The first time you log into Truhome to set up your payments and view your account, the last payment made will represent all payments made so far this year. This is reflecting the transfer of the loan from our servicing system to Truhome.

After you have made your first payment, the last payment made will change to match your actual payment from the prior month.
