UVA Community Credit Union has partnered with Deluxe Financial Services to provide members a variety of style offerings with easy to use self-service options for ordering/reordering checks online. Members can view personal or business product brochures and/or order checks at any of our branches. Whether you need personal checks, business checks, or coordinating accessories, our online ordering process makes shopping quick and easy. Deluxe offers the flexibility and convenience of placing online check orders at anytime so whether you need personal checks, business checks, or coordinating accessories, our online ordering process makes shopping quick and easy.

Prices vary depending on the style you order. Deluxe is utilizing new packaging to help keep delivery costs to a minimum and accommodate new postal automation. The flat package also provides security due to its design, which is inconspicuous compared to the easily recognizable check box. Please contact the credit union or visit any branch if you have questions or if we can be of further assistance.

Online Ordering

Save time by ordering/reordering your checks through your Online Banking account. It's fast and easy. Simply log in to your Online Banking account and select Check Reorder under the Services menu. Please be sure you have pop-up blockers turned off and you will be directed to the Deluxe Online Check Ordering form to begin the process. Not enrolled in Online Banking?

With Direct Deposit, your paycheck is automatically deposited into your UVA Community Credit Union checking, savings or MaxSaver Money Market account and instantly available for you to use. There's no need to stand in line at a branch or find the nearest ATM to deposit your paycheck. Once you set up Direct Deposit, you're done. Everything else is handled electronically. Direct deposit is safe, secure and confidential. You can set up direct deposit at UVA Community Credit Union if your employer makes this service available to employees. You can stop Direct Deposit anytime by notifying your employer in writing.

Direct Deposit Instructions:

• Print the Direct Deposit Form
• Complete the form using our Routing Number: 251480181, and your account information. 
• Give the completed form to your employer or organization initiating the payment.

A wire transfer is one of the most expedient and safe ways to transfer money from one institution or individual to another, anywhere in the world. Using wire transfer, you can send money to kids in college or emergency funds to someone who is traveling. UVA Community Credit Union makes it easy and affordable to transfer money electronically.

• Complete your Wire Transfer Form at any branch
• Submit your request by 4 p.m. for domestic wire or 11 a.m. for international wire (please note: we cannot guarantee same day transmittal)
• We require your signature on all international and domestic wires when the originator and beneficiary are different, or when the amount is over $5,000

Wire Transfer Receiving/Sending Instructions

Members may order a coupon payment book for any loan with the credit union.

To request a loan coupon payment book go to one of our full service branch locations during regular hours of operation and speak with a Member Service Representative or call 434-964-2001 and speak with one of our call center representatives.

For added convenience you can pay your loan from your Online Banking account.

Simply log in to Online Banking and schedule a one-time or recurring transfer for the amount of your monthly loan payment from your checking or savings account to your loan account. Or you can log in and do an immediate one-time transfer. It's that easy. No more coupons. No more stamps. No more worrying if your payment arrived on time.
