E-Statements and E-Notices

Online Statements

E-statements are the most secure and convenient way to receive your monthly statements. E-Statements provide the following benefits:

• Free to all members who are registered for Online Banking
• Available before mailed statements
• Includes monthly and quarterly account statements, annual escrow statements, and 1099INT and 1098 tax statements
• Can view, print or download E-Statements within Online Banking
• Easy access to up to 12 months of statement history
• Email notification when a new statement is available*

Members who register for Online Banking are also registered for E-Statements. If you have previously opted out of E-Statements and wish to begin receiving them, just login to Online Banking, click Statements and Notices under the Services menu.  Please be sure to turn off the "pop-up blocker" feature of your web browser.

Online Notices

Members who are registered for E-Statements will now also enjoy the benefits of E-Notices. E-Notices provide fast, convenient and secure access to important notifications regarding your account.

• Currently includes late loan payment, non-sufficient funds, overdraft, debit card overdraft notices and certificate maturity notices
• Other notices will be included over time
• Available before mailed notices. Members who receive E-Notices will no longer receive mailed notices
• View, print or download E-Notices within the E-Statement section of Online Banking
• Email notification when a new notice is available*

*Please remember to keep your email address current within E-Statements (login to Online Banking, click Statements and Notices under the Services menu.  Please be sure to turn off the "pop-up blocker" feature of your web browser. Once in the E-Statement window, select "Settings", and then choose "Email Address".
