*The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) on the Standard or Interest Only Home Equity Line may vary and may be adjusted monthly based on the Prime Rate as published in the Wall Street Journal. The APR that will apply to your loan includes a margin that we add to the Index. The margin that will apply to your account will be based on your credit score. Maximum APR is 18%, Minimum APR is 4.50%. The Standard Plan has a minimum monthly payment that is based on 1% of the previous month's unpaid monthly balance or $100, whichever is greater. The Standard Plan Home Equity Line plan, has a 10 year draw period and a 15 year repayment period applies. The Interest Only Plan Home Equity Line plan, has a 10 year draw period and a 15 year repayment period applies. If the loan is not fully repaid at the end of the repayment period, a single balloon payment of the outstanding balance is due. Borrower will pay closing costs and any pass-thru fees such as taxes, recording fee, flood certification, and appraisal. These fees are paid directly to another entity. Average closing costs range from $1100-$1200 for $25,000 borrowed. Some restrictions may apply, see the credit union for details.
