Intuit Quicken, Quickbooks Online, and Mint Technologies

Effective March 16, when you log onto Intuit Quicken, QuickBooks Online, and Mint technologies platforms you will notice a new step in your account sync process. An additional security measure has been added to ensure only you can access your account.

New security measures
Providing the security and safety you expect means UVA Community Credit Union is committed to protecting your private information and will continue to proactively enhance our members’ security. Because of that, we’re making an enhancement to our security procedures for account holders who use Intuit Quicken, QuickBooks Online, and Mint technologies through our Online Banking service.

What to expect
You will soon see an additional layer of security in the form of a multi-factor authentication (MFA) step. In addition to your login and password information, you’ll be asked to provide a security access code (SAC) sent to you via text or email. This additional step will enable access to your account and represents a valuable new security layer.

We appreciate your understanding as we continue to evolve and enhance our financial security! If you have any questions about this boosted security feature for your account, please contact the Member Service Center.
