Secure Messages

Our message center allows members to communicate securely with UVA Community Credit Union. Messages can be saved by topic for easy reference. Check here for your alerts, Credit Union replies to your inquiries, and other Credit Union communications. Here, you can safely send detailed account information. 

Once you login to Online Banking, you can find the Secure Message center on the left navigation bar under "Messages."

Helpful Tips:

  • On the left-hand side, a list of messages are displayed, while the content of the selected message is displayed on the right.
  • You can delete, reply, or send a new message from the top right of your screen. 
  • Messages will expire after six months. However, should you wish to keep a message, you may select “This message should never expire."

To Upload and Send a Document:

  • Click on the pencil icon in the top right corner of your screen. This will bring up a new message.
  • At the bottom of your message there will be an option to "Attach a file."
  • Supported attachment files include: .ach, .doc, .docx, .gif, .jpeg, .jpg, .log, .pdf, .png, .ppt, .pptx, .rtf, .text, .txt, .wpd, .xlsx, .zip
  • After you have selected your file, click "Send message."
