Fraudulent phone calls are being received by individuals and/or companies that use a recorded voice that indicates the member's card has been shut down due to fraud. The member is then asked to enter their debit card number.
If you receive a phone call like this, hang up and do not enter any account information.
If you have entered your account information, you may be at risk for subsequent fraud.
