Call 24 Telephone Access

Call 24 Voice Banking has been updated.

Our updated Call 24 Voice Banking requires that all users re-enroll. It’s easy:

• Enter your member number
• Enter the last four digits of the primary account holder’s social security number for the PIN
• You will then be able to create your own PIN

Call 24 gives you account access by phone 24/7. Use your touch-tone phone or cell phone to monitor your accounts and conduct transactions through Call 24's automated telephone account access. 

Inquire about:

  • account balances
  • last five withdrawals or deposits
  • dividends accrued
  • VISA® balances
  • current loan and dividend rates
  • branch locations


  • money between two accounts
  • payments to your credit union VISA or other credit union loans

Take action:

  • stop payment on checks from checking or money market accounts
  • get a cash advance from a line of credit or order a withdrawal by check
  • calculate loan amounts
  • change your PIN
  • speak with a member representative
