UVA Community Credit Union Announces New Leadership Role

Charlottesville, VA, November 13, 2025: UVA Community Credit Union is pleased to announce the creation of a new leadership position, Senior Vice President, Enterprise Strategic Initiatives, reporting directly to President and CEO Susan Gruber. This new role will play a key part in shaping the future of the Credit Union by driving strategic alignment, operational excellence, and measurable impact across the organization.

Gruber shared, “This role reflects our ongoing dedication to ensuring our strategy is not only visionary but also actionable, measurable, and deeply connected to our mission of serving our members and local communities. I’m thrilled to welcome Jen to our leadership team as she steps into this important position.”

Madden brings more than a decade of experience in strategic leadership, business development, and operational management. Most recently, she served as General Manager at Playfly Sports in Charlottesville, where she led growth initiatives and partnership development. Her background also includes leadership roles with Learfield IMG College’s Wolfpack Sports Properties and PNC, where she held positions focused on business development, relationship management, and organizational growth.

In her new role, Madden will advance the Credit Union’s growth and member experience strategies while strengthening alignment and execution across departments.
