Yes. Protecting your information is our highest priority. Your personal data and account details will remain safe and secure throughout the entire upgrade.
Preparing for the Upgrade
Please ensure your contact information is up to date and review all communications we send. Note any key dates and add them to your calendar to help ensure a smooth transition.
It is also recommended that if you have more than a single Share Checking or Savings account, that you go into Online Banking and nickname them. To do this, complete the following steps:

- Log in to Online Banking
- Select the account you wish to nickname from your "Accounts" menu.
- Select "Details and Settings" from below your balance.
- Scroll down to "Online Display Name"
- Change the account name to something recognizable, and then press the check mark next to it to confirm the change.
Branch & Service Availability
Yes. All branches, drive thrus, and phone services will close at the start of the upgrade window and reopen once the upgrade is complete. The Member Service Center will remain available with limited hours and limited account access during the upgrade period.
Yes. Your debit card will continue to work, though withdrawal limits may be temporarily reduced.
Yes. ATMs will be available, but you won’t be able to view account balances, withdrawal limits may apply, and you may experience intermittent outages at UVA Community Credit Union ATMs.
Yes. You can continue using your current checks.
Digital Banking Services
Yes. You can still log in, but transaction information may not display accurately until the upgrade is complete. Balances and activity may appear delayed or out of order. Everything will refresh once the upgrade is complete.
No. Phone banking will be unavailable during the upgrade and will resume once the upgrade is complete. The Member Service Center will remain available with limited hours and limited account access during the upgrade period.
Yes. Bill Pay will be unavailable during the upgrade window. Payments scheduled before the upgrade will still process normally, but you won’t be able to add, delete, or modify payments or payees until the upgrade is complete.
Payments & Deposits
Please make any known payments before the upgrade window to ensure they process on time.
Night drop deposits made during the upgrade window will be processed once the upgrade is complete.
