UVA Community Credit Union Names Kiyomi Chandra Chief Human Resources Officer

Charlottesville, VA, September 29, 2026 UVA Community Credit Union is pleased to announce the appointment of Kiyomi Chandra as Chief Human Resources Officer, effective August 24.

Chandra brings more than 26 years of experience with Wells Fargo, including the past decade in senior human resources leadership roles. Throughout her career, she has built a diverse background spanning branch leadership, private banking, learning and development, workforce transformation, and senior HR advisory positions.

As Chief Human Resources Officer, Chandra will lead the Credit Union's people, culture, talent, and workforce strategy initiatives, helping ensure the organization continues to attract, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a collaborative and high-performing workplace culture.
