Online Banking Themes
There's no better way to get a snapshot of your accounts and balances, available from the Home screen. Signing up for E-statements and E-notices allows you to view monthly account statements, credit union notices, and tax statements electronically. Paperless e-statements are secure, convenient, and eco-friendly. View our guide for additional information.
With Bill Pay, you can receive E-bills (paperless bills), schedule future or recurring payments, and make expedited payments.
Mobile Apps and Text Banking allow you to manage your money anytime, anywhere. Our app takes online banking to the next level with mobile check deposit, mobile alerts, and Person to Person transfers before you've even returned home. All from your iPhone® or Android™ mobile device. View our guide for additional information.
*There is no charge from UVA Community Credit Union for Mobile Deposit or our Mobile Apps, but message and data rates may apply from your wireless provider.
Transfer to and from External Accounts
Need to move money around? Easy! With External Transfer, send money from your Personal credit union accounts to outside accounts, and vice versa. Set up multiple accounts (and name them!) and recurring transfers. To set up External Transfer, select it in "Transactions" on "Add External Account." View our guide for additional information. Transfers requested after 4pm EST will begin processing the next day. Transfers generally take 1-3 business days to complete. Limits: $2,500 per transaction; $2,500 per day; $10,000 per month.Note: Outgoing transfers only from Personal Checking and Primary Savings accounts; incoming transfers only to Personal Checking, Savings, and Loan accounts.
Transfer to another Member
You can transfer funds for free between your credit union accounts or to another member's account with Member to Member Transfers. Set up one-time, future, or recurring transfers. View our guide for additional information.
Transfer to a Non-Member
We have partnered with Zelle® to bring you a fast, safe, and easy way to send and receive money with friends, family, and other people you trust. Zelle® is available right from Online Banking and our mobile app so you don’t need to download anything new to start sending and receiving money!
Alerts regarding your account will be sent to your Online Banking via Secure Messages. You can also send messages and upload documents to the credit union securely, without visiting a branch! View our guide for additional information.
Set up notifications for low balances, specific transaction amounts or checks, and password changes. You can choose email, text, or phone alerts. View our guide for additional information.
Use the Web Payments Center to quickly and securely make payments on any of your UVA Community Credit Union loans using funds from an external checking or savings account.

It's important to maintain current contact information—including email and mailing addresses—on your account. Now, you can make changes in real time. Access the Address Change form from the main menu. View our guide for additional information.
You can initiate a stop payment order from any device. This feature is found under "Services" in Online Banking. Visit the Activity Center to review the status of your request. See our Fee Schedule for applicable fees.

Financial Tools will help you create budgets, set savings goals, and manage all your accounts in one place. You can link to other accounts at over 14,000 other financial institutions with one safe and secure login.
Personalize the look of your Online Banking! There are four themes to choose from: Music, Safari, Large Font, or Default.
To customize your Online Banking experience, select Themes from the Settings menu. Changing the theme will affect the desktop and mobile presentations of Online Banking. Changes will take effect on your next login. Click on a thumbnail below to view the theme.
Never used Online Banking? Just click Enroll under the Online Banking login box and follow the instructions. We'll have you set up and ready to access your accounts in no time.
