About the Upgrade
We are improving the systems that support your everyday banking, including deposits, loans, transactions, debit cards, statements, and digital banking.
This upgrade will help us provide a more efficient and reliable banking experience. It also creates the foundation for future improvements to our online, mobile, and in-branch services.
Yes. Protecting your personal and financial information remains one of our highest priorities. Your account information will remain secure throughout the upgrade weekend.
During Labor Day weekend, from the close of business on Friday, September 4, until the start of business on September 8, select services will be temporarily unavailable as we complete our technology upgrade.
Preparing for the Upgrade
Confirm that your contact information is current, review our Member Guide, schedule important payments in advance, and plan for any banking needs you may have during Labor Day weekend.
If you have multiple Share Checking or Savings accounts, we recommend adding nicknames to help you easily identify them in Online Banking. To add or update an account nickname:

- Log in to Online Banking.
- Select the account you wish to nickname from your "Accounts" menu.
- Select "Details and Settings" from below your balance.
- Scroll down to "Online Display Name."
- Change the account name to something recognizable, and then press the check mark next to it to confirm the change.

All branches, drive thrus, and phone banking will be unavailable from the close of business on Friday, September 4, until the start of business on Tuesday, September 8.
Yes. The Member Service Center will be available to answer general questions and provide fraud prevention support.

Find your account number in Online Banking under the Details tab for each product you have with us. You can also visit a branch or call our Member Service Center.
Yes. Your debit card will continue to work during the upgrade weekend.
Yes. ATMs will remain available, although balances and recent activity may not update until the upgrade is complete.
Yes. You can continue using your existing checks.
Digital Banking Services
Historical transaction activity will continue to be visible in Online Banking and the mobile app following the upgrade. If you are enrolled in eStatements, your historical statements, notices, and tax documents will be retained.
Online Banking, the mobile app, and all digital services will be temporarily unavailable during the upgrade weekend.
Phone banking will be temporarily unavailable during the upgrade weekend.
Bill Pay will be temporarily unavailable. Payments scheduled before the upgrade weekend will continue to process, but you will not be able to add, change, or cancel payments until service is restored on September 8.
Payments & Deposits
Any automatic deposits or withdrawals you already have set up will continue to process as usual. Any transactions scheduled over Labor Day weekend will process on Tuesday, September 8.
Please make any known payments before the upgrade weekend begins to ensure they process on time.
Night drop deposits made during the upgrade weekend will process on September 8.
Your statements will have a new, improved format following the upgrade. See our Member Guide for details.
